Thank you!
Low calories and low carbs. Keep your calories where they are but try eating more complex carbs. This will help with energy.
Thanks! It is.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Good to hear! Keep it up.
AT 20 you have MORE than enough hormones to build muscle. Now you have to LIFT WEIGHTS.

NOOOO! 300 calories a day is crazy! That’s MUCH TOO LOW for anybody but especially a 12 year old that’s still growing.
So you mean to tell me you take over 200g of plain old Whey Protein with no additives, presumably no flavor, daily? I find that hard to believe. Even most decent Whey Protein Supplements taste like crap, straight up Whey would be unbearable. ON is pretty reputable, sure they are very gimmicky but what brand in this industry isn’t?.. ON 100% Gold Standard has:
32g serving
130 Cal
24g Protein
1.5g Fat
5.5g BCAA’s
4g Glutamine
24g/32g = 75% Protein by volume
Not to mention it actually taste good.
Hey Steve,
I’m just after getting off a course i’ve been doing since xmas only to find i’m after putting on 10 kg, bringing me up to 110kg.
I regualarly go for runs but i usually make my mistakes after, what can i eat as a post-workout snack before dinner or something? I’m been told sports drinks are bad because they replace sugar and leave fat stores were they are. Is there anything else i can snack on? Fruit? Tuna?
sorry, in regards to my question below, can you mail me back privately
Thanks

i’ve been lifting for 6 years but i haven’t put on much muscle mass, I weight 185 but i’m pretty lean. I stopped getting stronger for some reason, i can only bench press 225 lbs like 3 times, and alot of people are telling me to stop lifting heavy like that because it will mess up my joints. But for some reason when i lift heavy its the only way i get results
ill have to admit it is not easy at all
Great advise, Steve! I’ve been checking your videos for a while now and your approach seems somewhat similar to that of the late Mike ‘Mr. Heavy Duty’ Mentzer. Have you ever heard of him and if so, what’s your opinion about Heavy Duty, High-Intensity Training (HIT)? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!
it may be not that easy but it isn’t that hard ether
