i would suggest a weight gainer or making one. from my personal experience i like cytogainer or you can buy whey protein, some oatmeal, and some natural peanut butter.

i work out almost everyday im 16 years old turining 17 and im big and ripped but i want to gain alot more muscle and faster does age, weight, and rest matter alot because i have gotten fast results but i want faster results any clues?
My body is nuts. I eat everything, but I still don’t gain weight or muscle. I can get crazy ripped and strong, at certain muscle groups, but I’ll never gain the muscle mass I want. I’ve been working out for YEARS and have tried literally everything. Does anyone else have this problem?

nah vince is right tho. watch some of scoobies videos and it proves that you have to focus on your workout when you r workin out. get testosterone before you get to the gym not during.
yah watch scoobies vids he has a vid showing how many grams of protein u should be eating and how many times a day. also it depends on what your eating not how much your eating.

you build muscle while resting, you don’t build muscle while working them out, you’re tearing them, and then the resting part is when the muscle builds up.

ive been working out almost 7 months in a few weeks i work out everyday to tell u the truth man every1 says u have to let ur muscles rest for around 4 days i think thats bs. i go hard on my chest every single day and ive gotten huge results ur muscles can rest during the night while u sleep for one day. thats enough yeah u might get injured but go through the pain. all pain all gain look at it that way
No pain no gain is the most retarded myth of body building. If you workout everyday on the same muscle group, it will only serve to slow progress and plateau. Think about the gains you would have made by just doing them 3x a week. You need to give muscles AT LEAST 24 hours before working them out again (more if you are a beginner).
it’s also proven working out in front of females mean you may lift 10% more weight or that last rep
well yah if you wanted to impress a hot babe youd give it all you got lol. but the main point is that lookin around the gym at babes is distracting you from yur workout and doing other things.

Good thing nobody listens to you for advice when it comes to training; if they did, I’d feel sorry for them. Your advice would only serve to injure and impede others who’d take it seriously. Go do some research before you label my FACTS as bs.
I believe muscle recover is important, but for this, all i do is drink a SHIT LOAD of water everyday. And i just change workouts- monday i do chest, Tuesday is lats, than arms the next and legs the next…and so on, so this gives the muscles time to recover while you work a different muscle group
