ANYONE who thinks he is on steroids does not know what they are talking about. Do you know how long he has been lifting? do you know his background? If not, dont blame steroids.
Great strength is not always do to roids. Some people are just able to get this big naturally. I have been able to put 40 lbs on my bench just by working hard, and the most I use is no-explode and protein.
inject the roids into the other one. lol seriously though your probably using a machine to bench, which means your not going to balance the weight properly. try free weights.
most people are able to get this big. It takes years of dedication and hard work. Something that most people lack.
also, most people dont eat enough.
I notice a lack of squats in this video btw… Chicken legs don’t get you girls.

mate do you even work out your legs if you don’t you will have a horrible posture and regret it when your 60+ and your back is all fucked up and you have to use that cart thing to walk
