Well, so he is doing one exercise for the legs, then chest, then is back, then legs again, then triceps and so on. He´s doing everything in a chaotic order this isn´t going to work for someone who has never been to the iron before. I work in a gym, I can tell.
I always feel sorry for those poor men an women who come to the gym, thinking that they can be the next Ronny Coleman in about 16 weeks by looking such a ridiculous stuff like this vid. If you want to see real result without touching steroids this is a progess of years of hard work, at least 1 1/2. Sorry, but that´s the truth.
He never said you would grow to look like a bodybuilder in 6 weeks, he just said you gain SOME muscle mass and see SOME results.

You are definitely right about how considerable results take years of training, not weeks. But his work out routines are definitely a great start and are also great fillers for when you are on vacation or don’t have time / money to make it to the gym.
is it possible to gain almost 7 pounds in one month tho??

Ive talked to many bodybuilders here where im from and they all say you can really only gain like 5 to 10 pounds of pure muscle a YEAR being natural and eating right.
if you saw his before and after pictures, then maybe you would see where he is comin from, i started workin out begining of january at 160 with 10% body fat, now im 180 with 10% body fat. all natural no supplements rather then protein shakes and glutamine for faster healing. so 20 pounds of muscle in 5 months is possible for my size, 5 to 10 pounds of pure muscle is something a body builder would gain seeing as there already huge
Everyone’s is different.
Just experiment a bit for the first day and see what weight you can complete 3 sets of 15 with, do this separately for each exercise as they’ll be different weights you can handle for different body parts.
Once you find the right weights you can complete the entire routine with, increase slightly next week and if you can do most of the workout, but not complete it, stay on that weight until you can then increase it once it becomes easy again.
im beyond light weights now. i need to go big, or no build for me. that is a good way for beginners to start off tho. but this guy is right in his theory’s for thin guys to gain. eat alot (the right foods) workout out hard 80 to 90 to possibly 100% if you can all the time (after a month in to working out that is) and dedication. so my 20 pounds in 5 months is from that kind of schedule:)
this is only an introduction, download his full workout program, and you`ll se him really putting on some real weight.
there are no abs exercises in this i think??
I live in North Carolina, and I am six.
I weigh 140lbs I have a gym in my house a free weight bench and a weight machine, I have been lefting total for 3 years, I stopped for about two months but this past month I have been hitting the weights HARD. So I am greatly encouraged to see videos like this one, Take care fellow lifters,

So all these exercices are 1 set ?
Week 1-2: We have to wait 30 sec between each exercices or we have to do these exercices with no stop, then wait 30 seconds at the end of the set ?
