Hey guys , a small advice if possible. I am up to 10-15 in a row pull ups or chin ups , and i can only do 1. What must i do to enhance my exercise? I mean , what needs to be done in order to be able to do more pull ups? Or 2 sets?
If you can answer it would be cool. If not , thanks anyways for the videos
do like a set of 8 then, just to get warmed up, then do as many as you can later, then rest a bit, and try again

nice! few mnths ago (and the years ago lol) i couldn’t do ANY pull ups. then i started to spend 2-3mnths of training, i could do 5+ but i “cheated”a little(pull up with a little momentum and drop feet on ground, before repeating) now i can do 3 continuous =)

Try putting a chair underneath you as you’re doing the motion of the underhand until you get used to moving that way, and as you get used to it, start moving the chair further away until eventually you don’t use the chair at all.

thanks but tthats not the problem, I can do wide grip np, I even wear a wieghted vest wiht wide grip. I have similar problem wiht straight bar curls
