youll notice more muscle growth when you get a little older. ussually 15 or so because thats when you ussually finish going through puberty and you do need those hormones for muscle growth and support. dont drink muscle milk or protein shakes just yet because it won’t do anything. you just gata wait it out a little bit until the right time.

Anybody ever watch dragon ball z how they train with weighted clothing . It gave me a good idea . taking a back pack and putting some cement or iron weights in it and wearing it . I like to throw in 50 or 60 lbs of weight and go for a nice long walk . or way less and go for a run . it gives you a good resistance work out and makes u lighter and faster on your feet .

Bro! When I was in High School we had a Huge facility and had 6 clases a day, but 7 in total. Now, I remeber I used to be in good shape because of all the walking and running around with 40lbs of weight on my back.

Last time I worked out was in High School
lol, I’m in high school still. I have an amazing gym class at my school, so I’ve gotten so many work outs, it’s like having a free personal trainer for an hour and a half every other day. Do you want any routines/exercises or YouTube channels for weights?
Anyway if you check out the channel fatlosslifestyle, that guy has so many exercises and tips.
