How is this good advice if it doesn’t work for him. Building strength is a numbers game, are the numbers going up? Muscle is a visual thing, are you looking powerful? This guy doesn’t have either of these things in my opinion. I know how hard it is to do these things, I have been training for 20 years and I don’t claim to know all the answers but I have run into so many “experts” over the years that claim to have all of them. These guys come and go real quickly.Wonder why?
Training is great but you also have to eat right. You can’t get around that. He mentioned only pushing weight and that won’t get you mass alone. You have to eat!!! I spend at least $600 on food a month.
I also do at least 250g of protein a day, 4,000-5,000 calories a day, sleep 8-9 hours and workout 4-5 times a week.
I’m 185lbs at 6% bodyfat. I work hard!!

true add more weight true due more reps 3 dont stop untill u feel a burn cause ultimately that is tapping into new muscle fibers that havent ever been touched and also eat right and eat alot get plenty of sleep and take in a sufficient amound of vitamins

you’ve got to fight with yourself and lift big weights. i even increase weith from set to set apart from week to week and people around you will notice the difference. even your strength will grow
no Terminator, not flaming u but there are different builds and goals, athletic builds, fit builds, per sport builds and the most common the hulk builds not everyone wants to hulk up.
