Oh!!!really!!wow!!…he seems a whole lot thinner now!Thanx for clearing that up….Scrub
Nice shorts dude…they fit you just right.
Sorry. Big legs and big tool.
If I love my body more will the chicks love it more
We all want that!
Quick question about trenbolone. My friends take it and they are getting bigger, my question is is it bad for you to take orally? And would you recomend taking it on the short term. Thanks so much for taking my question!
NO. I DO NOT recomment taking it. It’s an anabolic steroid also know as Finaplix. Once your friends are done taking it they will return to normal size and strength. If they don’t it means they are still taking it or something else. Besides it’s illegal.
Yes and it’s fantastic! I’m a woman and I have taken a passion for weight lifting! I have lost 28 pounds over 9 months and as i’m on the last mile (still got 10 to go!) The muscles I have built while still chubby are now showing more and more and i have lost it through doing supersets and a very balanced high protein, high vegetable, low carbs regime and have NEVER felt this healthy.
Woman should get in to free weight sections of their gym instead of wasting their time on cardio machines, it’s much more rewarding, makes you smarter and is more involving because you have to learn a lot about your body and exercising! Thanx Steve you rock!
hey im ive been liftin weights for about 7 weeks and i lost 26 pounds and i like to smoke weed so like 30 mins after my workout i smoke a bowl and i feel this relaxes my muscles and ive been seeing significant muscle gains, also i limit myself to i blaze a day so my question is does this affect my muscle growth?
At this stage it’s not going to affect your muscle growth.
I agree and keep up the good work!!!!
Steve, You really are amazing I hope you know. I love how you just blow away all the mis conceptions, and COMPLICATED nature most people make this out to be.
I have been working out and have lost 106 pounds, when people ask me how I did it, I tell them I stay in a certain amount of calories and I exercise. It’s almost like they don’t Believe me. Thank you for all yours tips, I use them daily!
Thank you! And congratulations on your achievement. That’s a great job. Most people don’t have the courage or discipline to achieve what you did!
Hi thx for info…I have heard that a calorie deficit can impede muscle growth too while bringing fat down…You are saying that muscular growth is achieved by intense weight training rather than eating…so if i want to reduce my body fat and increase lean muscle then i can by reduce calories by 300 to 500 per day ,effectively i shall be reducing body fat ALONE and not muscle provided i workout out intensely enough…is this corect??Thx and regds
Yes, totally. Only when you max out your muscular development after years of training AND have very low body fat, and training hard and low calorie intake do you have to worry.
Thx Sir for clearing my mind,i can proceed without any hesitation with my calorie deficit of 300 per day just so that my bf is bought down…I am 5′9 and weight 163 pounds ,waist 33.50,chest 40,arms 15.5…Now that i know i wont lose muscle but ONLY bf i am so much at ease to continue with my low calorie diet…Once i reach my goal of great ABS i shall then increase my calorie intake slightly per day so as to build huge muscles..is dis ok??are we together on this??
The Great Mike Mentzer believed that large calorie intakes were too much of a hype….As a pound of muscle takes just 600 kcals so if we have a longer term view we need not be consuming so many calories,as they will store as fat…Infact he beleived we take only 16 kcals a day [6000/365=16]more than our maintenance and we can add as much as 10 pounds of solid lean muscles a year without a trace of fat….What are ur views sir on this?
Steve, I had a great trainer initially and I’ve been trying to gain lean muscle mass while trying to loose body fat.
I just completed my first ever one month consistent workout in my life and I’ve noticed a reduction in my belly and I’ve also increased the resistance in all my workouts. Is this the right way to build muscle?
A lot of ppl tell me 2 things:
- Dont lift weights, just do only Cardio to get rid of the beer belly.
- Do less weight and more reps.
I go for progressive resistance.
You’re doing fine! People are idiots. You want to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time and what you’re doing will do this. Continue to create a calorie deficit with cardio and diet while also building muscle lifting!
You’re doing fine. BUT remember, eating doesn’t build muscle. LIFTING does. So just increasing your calorie intake will cause the fat to return if you don’t lift.
Calories can vary based on activity. I prefer to think about protein. One pound of muscle contains 100 grams of protein. So to build one pound of muscle you need to eat 100 extra grams of protein. And we can only build 1 pound of muscle a week so this means you need to eat 100 extra grams of protein a week or about 15 extra grams a day.
Thanks sir,
You think in terms of proteins which makes a lot of sense.I am reducing my carbs intake each meal which will create a negative calorie defecit to take care of my body fats and increase proteins and I make sure to take atleast 25 grms protein in each of 6 meals during d day…This way i can achieve both my aims of visible Abs and muscle growth.Thx sir so much for ur time and pateince and for ur guidance.
My pleasure!
i try to build arm muscles but there’s a slab of fat under the arms and i don’t know how to loose them, the muscles doesn’t show as much because of a lot of skin surrounding it, what can i do to loose those skin/fat?
