Day 1 will come up in 5 minute.
is it like one day 1 u do chest and etc on monday then u do day 2 on tuesday?
No no no no….you do 3 workouts a week with a day of rest seperating (Do cardio these days) so like mon-wed-fri u do 1 of the 3 workouts and tue-thur-sat you do cardio and sunday you do nothing
Is it better to do lifting 3 times a week?? mabye im not letting my muscles grow ;S
How about Hiit cardio? can i do this every day?
(HIIT every day, Lifting 5 days a week)???

in my opinion doing HIIT training everyday and lifting 5 days a week will help you burn body fat, but for muscle building purposes it may not be really effective because your not allowing much time for your muscles to recover or grow
i have no time to go to the gym every day, can i just do it 2x a week?

bit 6+ sets do not stimulate them so that they grow.. or 20 reps or whatever… or am i missing a point?

dont do the same workout or excersizes on the same muscle group during the same week. You will do more bad then good. Your muscles need time to repair and it takes about a week for them to fully recover and if you work on them more than once your muscles will probably get smaller. Just a heads up

not true, the rest time or as so called the : supercompensation time in fysiologie, of training principles, is that you can within 45 to 75 hours after your last training, that’s about the time you have recovered enough, It’s very normal to do power training 3 times a week {bent on breaking records and gaining muscles} with a good health food basis ofcourse , I do total body workouts 3 times a week along with cardio and interval, I’m fit as hell, and I didn’t get smaller ^^
Okay I am just talking about the average skinny person who is really trying to put on some weight. I was just suggesting that you do not do work on the same muscle group in the same week (unless full bod workout) because you will hit a plateau real fast. And if you are packin on weight ,then the next week you can increase the weight so you can shock your body once again and stimulate muscle growth.
