I dont know what this guys definition of hammer curls are but hes not doing hammer curls. Hes doing 45 degree incline dumbell curls. Hammer curls you dont supinate your wrists. Thats why there called hammer curls, like your hammering a nail.
1.put your hand over your mouth
2.make a wish into your hand
3.put your hand on your heart for 5 seconds
4.comment this on 3 other videos

do you do these workouts on consecutive days, like monday, tuesday, and wednesday? or do you take a day in between days? if it is consecutive days, do u do all three days and rest for the rest of the week?
u do 10 consecutive sets? then rest 60 sec?

I have the same question. It would make sense to have a rest day so that your muscles can rest and grow but I’d like to know the answer too.

day one would be monday day 2 is wednesday and day 3 is friday its not all in a row take a rest day for interval training inbetween its just a three day program
