nice, rolex,
he sounds like shreder out of the turtels
Any feedback on this tutorial? Any gains? This worth to try every second day?
This guy is good….
yea it works for sure. You should do other forearm exercises in combination with this one to maximize results but like he said…. it takes time so dont expect big forearms in 2 weeks. It takes at least 2 months to see results… probably longer unless you eat a lot of protein.
Holy crap… These roller forearms exercises are BLAZING my forearms. The burn is more intense and more well distributed than any other forearm exercise I’ve ever done.
Thank you Bob!!
he’s voice like commander in marine..
hahaha totally !!
BOB you said 4 sets 3 to 4 days a week can you do other forarm exercises 3 to 4 days a week as well? Maybe 4 forarm exercises 3 to 4 days a week?
4 set 25reps 2,3 times a week. do different forearm exercise on another day.if you do this 4 set and continue with another similar dumbbell twist and dumbbell standing reverse curl you are building same muscle on a day,use some light weight better.
how long does it take to see it
woow i am 16 i did this with 30 pound weight 25 times 3 sets my hands feel heavy
lol!
Lol you have them or you don’t, you can’t work them?!
shut up
he just means that some people naturally have large forearms.
what’s a good diet to go for if you’re trying to gain muscle in both your upper body but mainly forearms and biceps??
and how long until i can see the effects starting to appear? i’m raring to go and am ready to change my life…
still smoking weed, but not as much as i was, but help a brother out if anyone can out there..! cheers
So people without natural good calves can’t work them?
That’s not true, howtho they are more difficult to train tho
my wrists are only 6″ around. how do i build lower forearm / wrist ?
would this workout add mass to the forearms?
that last part didn’t make any sense.
People without naturally large calves can train them just as much as people endowed with larger ones. I think you are miss interpreting.
And everyone trains the same way with the appropriate weights.
how old are you? I’m 13 and i got a 7.5″ wrist
No not actually, i have high metabolism, so i was very skinny i had no mass. All you have to do is keep workin on them. For calves, you have to run or do some kinda running sport, soccer, football, basketball, etc, then your calves will come
yea my forearms arent bad but they arent good but my calves are pretty big and my ankles arent small so i got thick legs from being a baseball catcher
ur prolly fat
