I’d do 1 set with 1 work out, and move onto the next, if you do all sets with just a few work outs, you may tire yourself out, therefore not gaining as much as your capable of with the later sets

i did and it works just fine!!! In 2 weeks of this i got my chest and abs almost as his!!
what does 3 sets of 8 mean
you do 3 sets of each workout- so that means each work out 3 times. and you do 8 reps. hope i helped =]
LOL, he didnt get that body by only doing those exercises in 6 months.
If you want to believe it, fine. But you are only going to fee disappointed if you do not change the exercises every 2-4 weeks and add an specific diet.
I have a better idea, how about 3 sets of 40 reps each and 20 reps for stuff like the pullups and shoulder presses.
Would that be ideal?

he proberly got that body in less than 6 months doing this workout, its a very good 1 any1 who says it aint is obviously not familier with the gym

now he got tht body by doing upper body tht ones there and he also did mid and lower section also i have being doing these exercises for a few weeks and see imidiate improvement so go and shove it if u dnt like it u would nt have chossing to watch it if you did not want a good body so stop being fat and lazy and give it a shot
3 sets of 8 so in each 8 time a brake than continue with the other 2
increasing weight is more efficient than increasing no of reps

eating is at the first place,proper training and good sleep of about 9 hours.you should do a pyramid not more than once in two weeks.
I feel cheated.
